The celebration of Sunday of the Holy Cross, 3rd Sunday of Great Lent.

Glory to God we have arrived at the mid-point of the Lenten period and at this point our all-embracing Mother Church gives us the opportunity to receive strength through Christ’s Holy Cross. And so, it was with great reverence that we all venerated the Holy Cross – the joy of the world, the strength of the faithful, the staff of the just, and the hope of sinners – to prepare us for the remainder of the Lenten period.
